Coordinate with airport authorities, government agencies, contractors, and consultants.
Conduct regular progress meetings and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership.
Risk & Quality Management
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure quality assurance and adherence to international airport construction standards.
Team Leadership
Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and contractors.
Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts effectively.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track project milestones, deliverables, and financial performance.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
