Project Manager - Elder Equipments

Role Overview

The Project Manager at Elder Equipments will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects related to equipment development, procurement, installation, and operational improvement. The role requires close coordination with engineering, production, quality, regulatory, sales, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end projects across equipment manufacturing, supply, and deployment Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, QA, production, logistics, sales) for smooth execution Manage vendors, contractors, and external partners Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards applicable to medical/industrial equipment Prepare project documentation, reports, and management updates Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost control

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Project Management (MBA preferred) 3-7 years of project management experience in equipment, manufacturing, healthcare, or related industries Strong understanding of project planning tools (MS Project, Excel, ERP systems) Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines Knowledge of quality systems, compliance, and vendor management is an advantage
