Laxair Group is looking for an experienced and motivated

Project Manager

to lead and manage an upcoming

Hospital Project

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and timely completion of the project while maintaining quality, budget, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and oversee hospital construction / development projects from start to completion Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Prepare progress reports and present updates to management Identify risks and resolve project-related issues efficiently Ensure timely procurement and proper utilization of materials

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

3-7 years of experience

as a Project Manager (hospital/healthcare projects preferred) Strong leadership and coordination skills Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and execution Ability to handle multiple stakeholders Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in

hospital or healthcare infrastructure projects

Knowledge of local regulations and approvals Strong communication and problem-solving skills
