Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee and manage real estate development projects in Mumbai. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for project planning, execution, monitoring, and timely delivery while ensuring quality, cost control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage real estate projects from planning to handover, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, cash flows, and resource plans
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor site progress and resolve technical, commercial, and coordination issues
Ensure compliance with local authorities and statutory approvals (MCGM, RERA, Fire, Environment, etc.)
Manage contracts, work orders, and billing certifications
Implement and monitor safety practices and risk management plans
Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management
Control cost overruns, delays, and quality deviations through proactive planning
Support handover, snag clearance, and project closure activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture
Experience & Skills
8-15 years of experience in real estate or construction project management
Strong understanding of Mumbai real estate regulations and approval processes
Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and large-scale projects
Excellent knowledge of project planning tools, contracts, and construction methods
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage tight timelines and budgets in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
Experience with residential high-rise or commercial developments in Mumbai
Exposure to developers' side project execution
Knowledge of RERA compliance and liaison with authorities
