We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead and deliver complex, high-impact projects across various industries. You will leverage your expertise in leading cross-functional teams and building client relationships to drive successful outcomes. As a key player in our organization, your leadership will shape project strategies, ensuring we exceed expectations and deliver transformative results that contribute directly to our growth and success.

Mission-Critical Responsibilities:

? End-to-End Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with quality expectations.

? Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders including clients, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Maintain regular communication to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

? Resource and Team Leadership: Direct and motivate project teams, ensuring clear task delegation, timely deliverables, and accountability. Work closely with team members and department leads to allocate resources effectively.

? Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure prompt resolution of challenges, and escalate matters to senior management as necessary.

? Project Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, status reports, and project charters. Provide accurate and timely updates to senior leadership and clients.

? Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects.

? Budget & Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and manage forecasts. Ensure financial objectives are met and report on any variances.

? Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

? Mentorship: Mentor junior project managers and other team members, providing guidance on best practices, methodologies, and project execution. Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Knowledge

? Technical Acumen (Must Have): 8+ years of project management experience.

? Educational Background (Must Have): Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is strongly preferred.

Skills

? Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or equivalent). Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

? Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate across departments, and motivate team members to achieve project success.

? Problem Solving & Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to address complex problems and provide strategic solutions under pressure.

? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presenting to and interacting with senior leadership, clients, and other stakeholders.

? Time Management & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

? Financial Acumen: Solid experience managing project budgets, resources, and timelines, with a strong understanding of financial principles related to project management.

? Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and challenges.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
