Oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for fire fighting system installations. Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timelines.
Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, execution) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, vendors) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Team Management:
Lead and manage the project team, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Provide guidance and resolve any on-site issues.
Procurement & Logistics:
Supervise procurement activities, including sourcing and managing materials and equipment for fire fighting systems.
Budget & Cost Control:
Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control measures are in place to avoid overruns.
Quality & Safety Compliance:
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations at all stages of the project. Conduct regular safety inspections.
