Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, monitor, and close construction projects as per approved drawings and schedules
Prepare project execution plans, work schedules, and resource planning
Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards
Monitor site progress, productivity, and material consumption
Review BOQ, estimates, billing, and cost control
Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory requirements, and company policies
Conduct site meetings and prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
Handle client communications and resolve site-related issues
Manage project risks and implement corrective actions when required
Oversee handover and project close-out documentation
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple sites/projects
Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality systems
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project / Primavera (preferred)
Knowledge of AutoCAD (basic understanding preferred)
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
8-10 years of relevant experience in construction project management
Experience in construction filed
