KPS Construction - Civil & Interiors is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong interior designing and site execution background. The role involves handling residential interior projects, coordinating vendors and labour, and ensuring timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Complete responsibility for interior site execution of residential projects

Daily supervision of site work as per interior drawings and 3D designs

Vendor coordination - carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling contractors, suppliers

Labour planning, allocation, and coordination

Ensure quality, timelines, and safety standards on site

Material planning, procurement follow-up, and inventory control

Client coordination and issue resolution

Regular progress reporting to management

Requirements & Skills

3-4 years experience in residential interior site execution (mandatory)

Interior designing / interior execution background compulsory

Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design

Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes

Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and specifications

Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills
