Requires Project Manager for a Construction Company at Pune

Title : Project Manager - Residential Building Construction

Location: Wakad, Pune

Salary - Nego

Experience: 15+ years in Residential Building Construction

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, control and completion of

residential building construction projects

. This includes ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently, safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

5. Stakeholder Management

6. Documentation & Reporting

Key Skills & Competencies:

? Strong leadership and decision-making skills

? Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and building codes

? Proficiency in project management tools

(MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD)

? Financial and contract management skills

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Problem-solving and crisis management abilities

? Understanding of legal and regulatory construction compliance

Preferred Experience:

? End-to-end execution of

high-rise or large-scale residential buildings

? Experience working with real estate developers or EPC firms

? Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Working Days : Monday to Saturday
