Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Project Manager

with 3-5 years only of experience to oversee IT projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of project management tools, be well-versed in Agile methodology, and preferably hold a Scrum Management Certification.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end project delivery within timelines and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, testers, and business stakeholders. Track and manage project progress using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project). Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues. Ensure project documentation, reporting, and communication are up-to-date and transparent. Deliver projects aligned with client requirements, organizational goals, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years only of experience in project management in the IT industry. Strong understanding of

Agile methodologies

(Scrum, Kanban). Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong

technical background

with the ability to understand, manage, and communicate complex technical requirements across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM)

or equivalent. Experience in managing software development projects in Agile environments. Proven experience in handling international clients and managing cross-cultural project expectations effectively.
