Job Summary

Sublime Technocorp is seeking an experienced

Project Manager (3+ years)

who can independently handle project planning, client communication, and cross-team coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good technical understanding, and proven experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution

Define project scope, schedules, deliverables, and milestone plans. Break down tasks and allocate work across Frontend, backend ,UI/UX, Development, QA, and Deployment teams. Track project execution and ensure timely delivery of each phase. Monitor risks, create mitigation strategies, and handle escalations proactively. Ensure alignment with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

2. Client Communication & Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for client updates and communication. Lead requirement gathering sessions and clarification discussions. Conduct regular review meetings, demos, and UAT coordination. Share MOMs, progress reports, and timelines professionally. Manage client expectations and ensure clarity on deliverables.

3. Team Leadership & Coordination

Conduct daily standups and weekly sprint planning sessions. Ensure efficient coordination between design, development, and QA teams. Monitor team performance and remove blockers. Ensure all team members understand task priorities and deadlines. Support resource planning and internal allocation.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare SRS, user stories, workflows, project timelines, and documentation. Maintain up-to-date trackers, progress dashboards, and reporting documents. Present weekly/monthly project status to management. Ensure proper versioning, record-keeping, and UAT documentation.

5. Quality & Delivery Management

Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards before client submission. Coordinate with QA to plan test cycles and ensure bug-free delivery. Conduct pre-release reviews and final delivery checklists. Support smooth deployment and post-release monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience

in project coordination or Jr. PM roles within the IT industry. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project workflows. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of technical concepts (APIs, modules, web/app workflows).

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience in business analysis or requirement gathering. Knowledge of UI/UX processes, QA lifecycles, and testing workflows. Experience with project estimation or sprint planning. Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management.
