Job Description

Hiring - Construction Project Manager, Experience in Residential & Commercial only ( Mivan).

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can independently handle an entire construction project from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, technical knowledge, and site management skills, with the ability to coordinate between stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end responsibility for execution of construction project(s).

Site supervision, work scheduling, quality control, and progress tracking.

Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and GFC plans.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory norms.

Manage vendors, contractors, labor teams, and suppliers.

Monitor material requirements, inventory, and procurement schedules.

Prepare project timelines, progress reports, and budget tracking.

Handle dispute resolution, risk management, and site challenges.

Ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.E./B.Tech

10+ years of experience in handling end-to-end construction projects (residential/commercial).

Strong knowledge of civil construction, finishing, MEP coordination, and site execution.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of AutoCad / MS Project/Excel/ ERP knowledge is must

Should be willing to take ownership and be present on-site full time.
