Job Description

Sr. NoKey AccountabilitiesDescription1Project Planning & Co-ordinationResource Management (Contractor,Material,Manpower,Machines ETC).Review and understand project drawings, datasheets, and BOQ requirements.Verify BOQ drawings and design sheets with signatures.Conduct site visits and engage in technical discussions.Conduct internal and external project kick-off meetings.Implement any changes to BOQ drawings, obtain necessary approvals and signatures.Contractor Finalization and inform to project co-ordinator. Plan execution and schedule work accordingly.Coordinate with Site Engineers/Supervisors for execution updates and report progress to the Project Manager.Manage all client communications and meetings (PM, PE, SE). Provide proactive responses and submit Minutes of Meeting (MOM) after each meeting.Take on-site technical decisions as required.Follow Project SOPs and communicate the same to all team members.2Erection & Commissioning SupportPrepare material requisitions through ERP and issue them to the Sales Co-ordinator and Purchase dept, and follow up on deliveries.Address new material requirements and technical challenges.Prepare Work Schedule and share it with client .Engage in site activities to understand work progress and resolve issues promptly.Ensure timely project completion by monitoring execution and providing improvement guidance.Ensure project completion and final testing as per the work schedule.Responsible for Before Final NOC report and before work start report with client sign.Ensure all systems tested and commissioned.Verify labour bills against actual handover records with signatures from Site Engineers.Submit final handover report to client and accounts dept for billing.Responsible for checking Mock up and Final Approvals.Responsible for On time handover from client,Project Commissioning and Testing and Work completion as per schedule.Responsible for fire officer observation points clearance.Arrange Society Demo.3Safety & QualityEnsure strict implementation and monitoring of safety and Quality practices on-site.Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations.4Continual ImprovementAssign tasks and monitor performance of Supervisors and Site Engineers to meet project schedules.Encourage continuous skill development and technical knowledge enhancement for both self and team.5MIS & ReportingMaintain and update all project-related documentation and files.Prepare material reconciliation reports to ensure effective utilization based on BOQ and actual usage.Allocate daily tasks to team members.Prepare and submit daily/monthly progress reports to Management as required.6NC Closure and Resource ManagementEnsure closure of Non-Conformities (NCs) by Site Engineers and Supervisors within 7 working days. Competencies:1KnowledgeProject Management 2Technical SkillsPlanning & Coordination Skills, Installation, operation, and maintenance knowledge of fire hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, and hose reels,Understanding of fire alarm & detection systems (smoke detectors, heat detectors, control panels).3Behavioral SkillsCommunication Skills, Time Management & Result Orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
