Software Development Lead

with expertise in

Microsoft technologies

. The ideal candidate should be smart, proactive, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. This role involves leading a development team, driving project success, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers working on Microsoft technology stack. Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, BA, UI/UX, and Project Managers. Review technical designs, code quality, and ensure adherence to best practices. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions. Drive process improvements and ensure efficient delivery of projects. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Manage project timelines, sprint planning, and task delegation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
