Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations while defining project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with company objectives.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams--including production, engineering, procurement, and quality--to achieve project milestones on time and within budget.
Manage resources effectively to prevent bottlenecks, and supervise team members by ensuring clarity of responsibilities and smooth execution.
Identify potential project risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure all activities comply with quality standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain consistent communication with management and stakeholders, prepare progress reports and dashboards, and ensure effective coordination between internal teams, vendors, and customers.
Prerequisites
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or any Engineering stream, Manufacturing, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within manufacturing or production industries.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality standards.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
