The Project Manager is responsible for the management of individual multidiscipline projects up to $10,000,000 USD.
Competent in all phases of Corporate Real Estate Project Management activities including, but not limited to, program development, budgeting, planning & design, project milestone scheduling, services contracting of multidisciplinary project teams, conflict resolution, project implementation oversight and project closure.
Essential Functions
Accountable for financial & delivery KPI for the sub-regional Firm strategy in how to manage the sub-region capital projects delivery
Main point of contact for F&RE on all capital projects under the sub-region
People and customer relationship management Deliver & program individual capital project
Provide professional project planning support and management for all assigned projects as well as daily responsibility for all activities executed under their project plan.
Provide timely and accurate project documentation and reporting including but not limited to: Scope Definition Documents, Funding Requests, Risk Reviews, Meeting Minutes, Project Execution Plans, Budgets, Cost Control Reports, Milestone Schedules, Purchase Orders, Service Contracts, change control documentation, Project Status Reports, close out reports.
Provide technical support as required to the onsite facilities managers who carry out minor project works.
Provide stewardship over key performance indicators and reporting systems including SAP, project management and client communication for identified sub-region within Asia Pacific.
Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with all client representatives and service providers. This includes but is not limited to the Program Managers, Business Unit Managers, On-Site Business Planners, Facilities Management teams, IT service provider teams and Regional Occupancy Planner.

Compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
High customer satisfaction survey rating.
On time and on budget closures of projects
Project documentation including drawings and handover certificates at 100%
