Job Summary:

The Civil Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, safety compliance, and cost controls are maintained. The role includes planning, coordination, team management, client communication, and delivering projects within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and manage complete project lifecycle from initiation to handover. Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications. Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Review BOQs, drawings, estimates, and project budgets. Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and prepare reports. Manage subcontractors and vendor performance. Identify project risks and implement corrective actions. Ensure timely procurement and material management. Oversee billing, documentation, and project closure activities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
