Project Manager

to lead civil construction projects from planning to completion. The role involves site coordination, quality control, safety, budgeting, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and monitor project schedules and daily site work. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with drawings and standards. Manage materials, resources, and subcontractor work. Track project costs, verify bills, and control budgets. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and MIS updates.

Requirements

BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 5+ years' experience in construction project execution. Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and project management tools. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Willing to travel between Pune, Jalgaon & Goa sites.
