: Analyze and study the project feasibility as per the business plan and determine and define scope of work and deliverables.
Project Planning and Coordination
: Ensure robust planning, direction, and coordination of activities from concept design to final handover of the project within budgeted time & cost and as per quality standards.
Construction Management
: Manage construction schedule and activities, ensuring work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.
Project Accountability
: Accountable for the entire project scope, the project team, resources, budget, and the success or failure of the project.
Quality and Compliance
: Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and check work done by contractors.
Billing and Reconciliation
: Prepare and check contractor's bills, reconcile discrepancies in quantities/bills, and ensure accuracy of measurements.
Documentation Management
: Maintain all required documentation at site, including Field Level Books, Measurement Books, and Abstract Books.
Safety and OHSE Management
: Responsible for compiling, controlling, and archiving documents related to the project, focusing on Quality and OHSE.
Subcontractor Management
: Oversee subcontractor's materials, tools, equipment, and quality of construction, along with worker's productivity and safety.
