Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering

5-10 years or more of relevant experience in handling large-scale Pumping, Water Supply, and Irrigation Projects

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager - EMI Projects to lead and oversee the execution of pumping and allied water supply or irrigation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project operations, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complete project lifecycle - from planning, procurement, execution to commissioning.

Drive business development activities, including client coordination, proposal preparation, and bid support.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for project design, engineering, and implementation.

Oversee procurement and vendor management ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure adherence to project timelines.

Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Manage and mentor the project execution team and subcontractors for effective performance.

Report project progress, challenges, and resolutions to management on a regular basis.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical understanding of Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation systems.

Proven track record in managing large Pumping / Water Supply / Irrigation projects.

Excellent leadership, planning, and coordination skills.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,826.20 per month
