Project Manager (PMP) - Civil Projects

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ?15,00,000 per annum

Experience: 8-12 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)

Certification: PMP - Mandatory

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) to lead and execute civil infrastructure projects, primarily in fencing works for railways, defence, and forest sectors.

The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle -- from planning and budgeting to execution and handover -- ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery. This leadership role reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory standards.

Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Lead project teams, vendors, and site supervisors across multiple locations.

Provide regular progress reports and updates to the CEO and key stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

PMP certification is mandatory.

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).

8-12 years' experience in civil project management -- preferably in fencing, railway, defence, or forest projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
