B.E. / D.C.E. with minimum experience - 8 to 10 years, in
Waterproofing / Civil Construction, knowledge of Auto Cad.
Project planning:
Develop the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Budget and schedule management:
Create and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and timely completion.
Team and resource management:
Lead and organize the project team, delegate tasks, and manage the procurement of materials and selection of subcontractors.
Technical oversight:
Supervise the technical application of waterproofing solutions, including membranes, caulking, and joint sealing, to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Stakeholder communication:
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other contractors to arrange schedules, direct activities, and resolve issues.
Site supervision:
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, assess risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Quality assurance:
Ensure that the work is completed to the highest quality standards, which may include managing warranties and inspections.
