Job Description

Site Planning and Project Scheduling:

- Site kick of meeting and Prepare site project schedule in line with detailed project schedule

- Weekly review with contractors and report submission.

- Appointing and ensuring the Contractor's team available at site in time with required manpower, tools & tackles for piping, structure, installation

- Inspection and approval reports on weekly basis for ongoing E&I, piping activity completion at site.

- Ensuring no compromise on aesthetics and quality by vendors / contractors.

- Strictly following PO terms for vendor payment commitments.

- Coordination with accounts team with Timely submission of completion report with approved bill for contractor / vendor payments.

- Ensuring signed copy from client for mechanical completion of plant in all respect before commencing Pre-Commissioning activities.

- Coordination with vendor, process team for smooth pre-commissioning and Commissioning trials
