About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated

Civil Engineer

to support and oversee infrastructure-related CSR projects in rural and semi-urban areas. The role involves planning, execution, and monitoring of activities such as

toilet construction, school sanitation units, water facilities, and other community infrastructure projects

under various CSR initiatives.

The candidate will work closely with the project coordination team, vendors, and field staff to ensure

timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery

of all civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and supervise construction and maintenance of CSR-related civil projects (e.g., toilets, school blocks, water facilities, etc.). Conduct

site inspections

and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards. Prepare

project estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and technical reports

. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for procurement and execution. Provide

technical support

to field teams and community-based projects. Ensure project progress is tracked through regular updates, photos, and reports. Liaise with local authorities, community representatives, and the Head Office for necessary approvals and project updates. Support the organization's mission in ensuring impactful, community-focused infrastructure development.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience working on

sanitation, water, or community infrastructure projects

is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹311,162.69 - ₹529,296.42 per year
