Project Manager - Interior Renovation

Experience:

5-10 years in interior projects (renovation/live sites preferred)

Role Summary

Responsible for planning and delivering interior renovation projects within time, cost and quality parameters by coordinating drawings, vendors, site execution and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare & monitor project schedule, resources and cost Lead site execution as per drawings, BOQ, specs & safety norms Coordinate with design, purchase & subcontractors Conduct progress reviews, resolve site issues & mitigate delays Maintain reports: DPR, MOM, RFIs, variations, snag lists Handle client communication & approvals till handover

Must-Have Skills

Strong knowledge of interior execution & sequencing Project scheduling (MS Project/Primavera preferred) Vendor/subcontractor management Cost & change control Excellent communication & client handling

Qualifications

Diploma/BE - Civil/Interior/Architecture or equivalent Proven experience in interior fit-out/renovation projects (corporate/retail/residential)

On-time completion Budget adherence & approved variations Quality & snag closure Safety compliance Client satisfaction at handover
