About the Role

We're Sorted Branding, a Mumbai-based creative agency working on branding, packaging, 3D visualization, and marketing for D2C and FMCG brands.

We're looking for a

Project Manager

who thrives in a creative agency setup, someone who can manage clients, drive timelines, and keep the creative and production teams aligned without chaos.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

branding, packaging, and marketing projects

end-to-end. Act as the

bridge between clients and the creative team

-- ensure briefs, revisions, and feedback are handled efficiently. Create and monitor

timelines, task sheets, and progress reports

for multiple projects. Coordinate with designers, CGI artists, and developers for smooth execution. Maintain

excellent client relationships

, ensuring consistent communication and clarity. Prepare and deliver

presentations, proposals, and reports

with strong attention to detail. Ensure all deliverables meet

Sorted's quality benchmarks

and deadlines.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a branding, advertising, or marketing agency.

Strong communication and presentation skills (client-facing experience preferred).

Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Comfort with fast-paced environments and creative discussions. Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Trello, or ClickUp

is a plus.

A creative mindset -- someone who enjoys structure

and

understands creative chaos.
