Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will play an integral role in overseeing the successful execution of all design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple wall graphics and signage projects from inception to completion. Create and manage project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables. Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Develop project scopes, including timelines and resource allocation, ensuring projects stay on track. Manage onsite installation logistics, including coordination with vendors and ensuring compliance with site-specific requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, adapting plans as necessary. Ensure the highest standards of quality and creativity are maintained throughout the project. Monitor and track project performance, providing regular reports to senior management. Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans where necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in project management, construction, design, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the environmental graphics, design, or construction industry. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions. Knowledge of design processes, materials, and installation techniques related to wall graphics and signage. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in project management software/tools. Flexibility to work on-site, which may include irregular hours or travel as required.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
