The Project Manager will oversee healthcare payer operations, ensuring successful delivery of services across client accounts. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and monitoring timelines, budgets, and service level agreements. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA. Key responsibilities include supervising operational workflows, overseeing scanning and indexing processes, facilitating data migration or system transitions, managing risks and issues, and providing regular project reporting. The role also involves mentoring project associates, collaborating with technology and operations teams, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to achieve high-quality, timely, and compliant service delivery.

Sr. Manager, Projects

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise with proven experience in planning, executing, and delivering healthcare-related projects. They should have an in-depth understanding of healthcare payer operations, including claims processing, eligibility, enrollment, and returned mail handling, along with proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. The candidate must be knowledgeable about HIPAA, data privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements, and experienced with document management systems, scanning/indexing workflows, and data migration tools such as DocDNA or OnBase. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities are essential, as are excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage risks, resolve issues, implement process improvements, and ensure quality assurance, while exhibiting strong organizational, time management, and leadership capabilities.
