Key Responsibilities:
1.
Project Planning & Coordination
? Prepare detailed project execution plans, schedules using tools, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
? Conduct kickoff meetings with internal teams, architects, consultants, and contractors.
2.
Site Management
? Daily site oversight to ensure adherence to drawings, safety protocols, and quality standards.
? Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, and vendors for efficient execution.
3.
Procurement Management
? Manage BOQ preparation, vendor selection, material procurement, and logistics. ? Negotiate contracts and manage timelines for deliveries.
4.
Material Estimation & Budgeting
? Prepare detailed cost estimates based on architectural and structural drawings. ? Track consumption, reconcile materials, and manage deviations.
5.
Execution & Monitoring
? Drive progress according to schedule with weekly milestone reviews.
? Implement quality checks and ensure compliance with structural and MEP specifications.
6.
Reporting & Documentation
? Generate weekly/monthly progress reports, cost tracking, and variation statements.
? Maintain site logs, inspection records, and as-built documentation.
7.
Stakeholder Communication
? Regular coordination with project owners, consultants, authorities, and financial controllers.
? Handle escalations and corrective actions.

Selection Criteria
Essential Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2-3 years experience in site/project management for projects 50,000+ sq. ft.
Technical Skills:
Billing & Estimation
Strong knowledge of structural systems, RCC detailing, MEP coordination
Costing, BOQ, and rate analysis expertise
Strong safety and quality management understanding
Soft Skills:
Leadership & team coordination
Negotiation & conflict resolution
Communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
