: Project Manager

Responsible for planning and executing sprints by defining clear sprint goals, prioritizing backlog items, and ensuring timely delivery. Reviews performance at the end of each sprint and provides actionable feedback to improve team efficiency and delivery quality. Tracks project progress using tools such as Jira and GitHub, ensuring transparency and real-time visibility for all stakeholders. Works closely with Business Analysts to refine requirements and with Testers to ensure product quality, aligning all efforts towards sprint goals. Ensures strong implementation of Agile Scrum methodology and promotes agile practices within the team and across departments. Facilitates daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions for effective collaboration. Provides leadership to the project team, motivating members, fostering accountability, and encouraging continuous improvement. Removes impediments and roadblocks proactively to maintain steady progress and minimize delivery risks. Builds strong coordination between developers, testers, BAs, and stakeholders to maintain alignment with business objectives. Demonstrates excellent multitasking skills, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously without compromising quality. Brings strong organizational skills to structure workflows, optimize resources, and maintain project timelines effectively. Communicates progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to management and stakeholders to maintain trust and confidence. Encourages a culture of ownership, innovation, and high performance within the team. Relevant certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are preferred and considered an added advantage. Prior experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Coach within a software development environment will be valuable.
