Job Description

The System Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Heinrich's audio-visual, public address, and security system solutions. This role involves working closely with consultants, system integrators, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects and maintaining technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Team Coordination

- Lead project engineers and technicians to ensure smooth execution at sites.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact with consultants, system integrators, and clients.

Compliance & Documentation

- Prepare, review, and ensure project documents like SLDs, BOQs, compliance sheets, and progress reports are accurate and complete.

Budget & Cost Control

- Monitor project expenses, manage vendor negotiations, and ensure profitability.

Quality & Safety Assurance

- Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing to meet Heinrich's quality standards.

Risk Management

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.

Reporting

- Provide regular project updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and achievements.

Pay: From ?12,000.00 per month

Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
