About the Role

We're hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of industrial projects--

PEB sheds, civil works, warehouses, and factory buildings

--in and around Chakan, Pune. You'll own planning, quality, safety, and client satisfaction from award to handover.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery:

Drive scope, schedule, quality, and HSE for multiple industrial projects (

PEB/civil works

) through commissioning and handover.

Planning & Control:

Build WBS, baseline schedules, resource plans, and S-curves; track progress and lead weekly reviews (Primavera P6 or MS Project).

Technical & QA/QC:

Review GFC/shop/erection drawings; coordinate anchor-bolt layouts, welding/bolting, alignment, DFT, NDT as needed; ensure FM-II/Tremix floors, RCC/civil work quality, load-bearing requirements, and code compliance.

HSE & Compliance:

Enforce method statements, JSA/HIRA, toolbox talks, and statutory compliance (labour, PF/ESIC, permits).

Stakeholder Management:

Primary interface for client, consultants, OEMs, and authorities (e.g., MIDC/PMRDA/MPCB); lead coordination for civil, structural, and MEP/utilities.

Procurement & Logistics:

Plan and track critical materials (steel, roofing/cladding, fasteners, paints,

rebar, concrete

); manage plant & machinery (cranes, boom lifts, etc.).

Reporting:

Daily/weekly MIS, DPRs, look-aheads, risk registers, and lessons learned.

Team Leadership:

Lead site engineers, supervisors, safety/QA teams, and subcontractors; coach for performance and safety culture.
Qualifications

Education:

Diploma in

Civil Engineering

or

B.E./B.Tech in

Civil

(M.E./PMP/PMI-SP is a plus).

Experience:

8-12 years total;

3+ years leading PEB/civil industrial projects

(warehouses/factories/sheds) preferred.

Tools:

Primavera P6 or MS Project, AutoCAD, advanced Excel; ERP exposure is a plus.

Codes/Standards:

Working knowledge of Indian codes (IS 800, IS 456, IS 2062, IS 4759, NBC), QA/QC practices, and industrial safety norms.

Languages:

English + Marathi/Hindi.

Other:

Valid DL; ability to work 6-day weeks and travel across Pune region.

Salary:
