Job Description

1. Coordinate and manage interior design projects from start to finish.

2. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

3. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.

4. Supervise design teams and ensure adherence to project specifications.

5. Manage contractor relationships and ensure quality control.

6. Oversee procurement of materials and furnishings.

7. Ensure all projects comply with safety and regulatory standards.

8. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management.

9. Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design , scheduling , possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems.

10. Ensuring accuracy coverage of pre - project estimation - costing w.r.t checklist, negotiation feedback SM feedback.

11. Co - ordination with Client / Consultants / Designers from concept to final stage.
