Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for Fleurveda's Bath & Body Care product launch.
Work closely with founders, creative, digital, and PR teams to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with production, packaging, and marketing vendors to meet timelines.
Manage external
PR agency
and ensure effective brand storytelling & media coverage.
Oversee
AI-enabled tools
(for content, design, automation, analytics) to streamline workflows and campaigns.
Collaborate with digital marketing & creative teams for
shoots, website launch, and campaigns
.
Ensure project milestones are delivered
on time and within the allocated budget
.
Prepare regular status reports and provide insights for leadership.
Bring a passion for the
beauty industry
and a strong eye for detail in branding.
Skills & Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the
beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry
.
Strong understanding of
PR, influencer marketing, and digital brand building
.
Proficiency in
AI-based tools
(content creation, workflow automation, analytics).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability to manage multiple vendors/agencies.
Creative thinker with a flair for aesthetics and brand alignment.
Prior experience in
product launches
is a plus.
