We are looking for Project Manager in an Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) company oversees ACP installation projects from start to finish, focusing on budget, schedule, quality, and stakeholder management. Key responsibilities include planning, resource allocation, risk management, subcontractor coordination, financial oversight, quality control, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations, especially within the building facade or construction industry.
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop detailed project plans, set clear objectives, and direct all phases of a project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
Budget & Schedule Management:
Create and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Resource Management:
Allocate resources effectively, including materials and personnel, to meet project demands.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and fostering strong relationships.
Subcontractor & Vendor Management:
Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors, overseeing their work to ensure it meets quality and timeline standards.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Implement quality control measures and ensure all ACP installations adhere to project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
Site Management:
While a construction manager focuses on on-site operations, a project manager oversees the broader project scope and ensures successful execution, including on-site activities related to ACP installations.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Industry Knowledge:
A strong understanding of aluminium composite panels, facade systems, and the construction or building materials industry is crucial.
Leadership & Communication:
The ability to lead teams, manage diverse stakeholders, and communicate effectively.
Technical Expertise:
Knowledge of construction methodologies, relevant codes, and safety standards.
Project Management Tools:
Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and tracking.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant field
Qualifications:
Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) are often beneficial.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
