Must have 6-8 years of work experience.

? Hands-on experience in Solution architecture.
? Oversee technical design and development of mobile and web applications as per
requirement specifications and quality requirements.

? Participating in client meetings to elicit requirements and other client-facing activities
? Follow agile methodology, conduct daily stand-up, and sprint planning, and manage the
product backlog.
? Good understanding of software architecture and related issues.
? Good knowledge and understanding of industry-standard software design patterns
? Sufficient hands-on experience in at least one software technology area Web/Mobile.
In web, ASP.NET MVC, PHP, Node.Js, Angular, and hybrid app development in
mobile, iOS/Android development.
? Exposure to cloud engineering is recommended.
? Understanding of Micro-Services architecture.

*IMP.: Hands-on with using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity to build solutions. Should know what is vibe-coding, context engineering and prompt engineering. Ability to teach and lead development teams on using AI tools for improved productivity.

Required Candidate profile

? Must have client management experience and team management experience.
? Good understanding of the agile methodology.
? Accountable and responsible for the project's quality and timely delivery, leading to
customer satisfaction.
? Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates
? Propose and establish a framework for necessary contributions from various
departments
? Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources,
and scope
? Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor the progress of
initiatives
? Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
? Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution.
