Must have 6-8 years of work experience.


Hands-on experience in Solution architecture.

Oversee technical design and development of mobile and web applications as per
requirement specifications and quality requirements.


Participating in client meetings to elicit requirements and other client-facing activities

Follow agile methodology, conduct daily stand-up, and sprint planning, and manage the
product backlog.

Good understanding of software architecture and related issues.

Good knowledge and understanding of industry-standard software design patterns

Sufficient hands-on experience in at least one software technology area Web/Mobile.
In web, ASP.NET MVC, PHP, Node.Js, Angular, and hybrid app development in
mobile, iOS/Android development.

Exposure to cloud engineering is recommended.

Understanding of Micro-Services architecture.

*IMP.: Hands-on with using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity to build solutions. Should know what is vibe-coding, context engineering and prompt engineering. Ability to teach and lead development teams on using AI tools for improved productivity.

Required Candidate profile

Must have client management experience and team management experience.

Good understanding of the agile methodology.

Accountable and responsible for the project's quality and timely delivery, leading to
customer satisfaction.

Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates

Propose and establish a framework for necessary contributions from various
departments

Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources,
and scope

Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor the progress of
initiatives

Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions

Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution.
