Essential Skills:
Should have performed in the role of a Project Manager for Software implementation for a min of 3 years.
Project Planning, Project Execution.
Ability to multi-task and be well organized.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and Excellent Customer management capability.
Exposure to ERP or similar Enterprise Applications Implementation lifecycle or Retail Management Software life cycle.
Certification in Project management: Agile and Water Fall methodology.
People management skills, working with distributed team structure.
Able to own the customer engagement on both delivery front as well as on commercial front.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of retail industry applications and processes.
Additional experience of working on Ecommerce implementation will be preferred.
Experience of working with Customers in Asia will be preferred.
Responsibility:
Project Manager responsible for implementation of Unified Commerce Solution within Time (Schedule adherence), Budget and Quality.
Should be able to advise the implementation team on solution positioning.
Primary responsibility is to do Project Management using ETP Implementation guidelines.
Responsible for Project profitability, resource utilization and Customer Satisfaction.
Should have good understanding of Supply Chain areas, Ecommerce, Retail knowledge (preferable).
Shall be responsible for a team size of 5 to 10 members.
* Require to travel in South Asia and Middle East.
