Job Description

Seeking Project Manager for Interiors Fit-out & Joinery projects. Must be capable of handling projects, manpower & man-hours, materials on site, able to cut cost, estimate the works, be able to follow the project schedule and deliver as per timelines.

1. Plan, schedule and track turnkey project timelines

2. Develop and deliver progress reports, communication with the client and any required documentation to client.

3.Manage multiple projects on a daily basis and ensure proper requirement of manpower, materials, tools for daily progress and to ensure the completion of project on time.

4. Prepare the work schedule in coordination with the Operations Manager/Site Supervisor/Subcontractors and ensure completion as per schedule.

5. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear pattern.

6. Ensures project documents are updated, completed and stored appropriately.

MUST HAVE 3+YEARS EXPERIENCE

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
