This role demands hands-on experience in executing civil and interior projects, managing labor and subcontractors, and ensuring timely delivery within defined budgets. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact between the client, design team, vendors, and site personnel, ensuring all work is executed as per approved designs, safety norms, and quality standards.

The candidate should have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, resolve on-site challenges promptly, and ensure that project goals are met effectively. A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise all on-site construction/interior activities Coordinate with contractors, vendors, designers, and clients Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs Monitor project timelines, budgets, and ensure material availability Ensure high-quality work as per design and safety standards Manage labor teams and subcontractors on-site Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution issues Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and site documentation Handle handover process and snag list closures

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Design 4-5 years of hands-on site experience in civil or interior fit-out projects Strong technical knowledge in materials, finishing work, and site execution Ability to manage multiple vendors, timelines, and quality expectations Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools Good leadership and on-ground decision-making skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
