Job Profile:

Project Manager - Civil Industry

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Experience

: 12-20 years of experience in civil residential, commercial, infrastructure, or industrial projects. (Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD)..

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Allocate resources efficiently and ensure timely execution.

2. Budgeting & Cost Control

Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets.

Optimize resource allocation to minimize expenses.

Monitor and control project expenditures.

3. Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers, site supervisors, and contractors.

Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance.

Foster effective communication among stakeholders.

4. Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Conduct site inspections and quality audits.

Implement corrective measures to resolve quality issues.

5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with architects, consultants, and government agencies.

Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.

Address client concerns and provide regular project updates.

6. Risk Management & Problem-Solving

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Resolve conflicts and site-related issues promptly.

Ensure contingency plans are in place for unforeseen challenges.

7. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, and reports.

Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
