We are a growing real estate redevelopment company seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead and manage our residential and commercial redevelopment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing project lifecycles, from feasibility and planning to execution, handover, and post-completion analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan & Execute Redevelopment Projects
- Define project scope, timelines, and objectives; oversee execution from inception to completion.
Budget & Cost Management
- Prepare project budgets, control costs, and manage resources for financial efficiency.
Compliance & Liaison
- Work with architects, consultants, and local authorities to ensure compliance with redevelopment policies and building codes.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Appoint and supervise contractors and vendors; ensure timely execution and quality control, negotiate with them for rates etc
Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain clear communication with society members [ especially at the time of handover ] , consultants, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Risk Mitigation
- Identify project risks and delays; implement preventive and corrective actions.
Feasibility & Due Diligence
- Conduct technical and financial feasibility studies; support acquisition decisions.
Quality & Timely Delivery
- Ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards while achieving project milestones.
Reporting
- Provide regular reports to management and clients on progress, risks, and financials.
Project Closeout
- Oversee possession handovers, completion certificates, and documentation
Lead with Purpose & Own end-to-end site execution
--drive pace, quality, and coordination with precision. Lead by example, align teams, resolve friction, and deliver results without compromise.
We expect the selected candidate to have
relevant experience of handling team of minimum 10 Engineers & have control over minimum 6-7 residential projects
at one go. A seamless , steady and quality construction progress for all the sites will be measure of success for the selected candidate.

Pay: ?720,000.00 - ?1,080,000.00 per year
