Job Title: Project Manager - Civil

Location: Mumbai

Project Type: Civil & Structural Construction for GIS Substations (66kV and above)

Posting: Full-time, dedicated to this project in Mumbai until completion of the Design-Build Period

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in Civil Engineering with

minimum 15 years

of total work experience OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with

minimum 20 years

of total work experience

Relevant Experience:

Minimum

8 years

(for Graduates) and

10 years

(for Diploma holders) of specific experience in

civil and structural construction of GIS substations of 66kV or above in

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the

civil and structural works

related to 66kV or above

GIS substations

. Manage site activities including earthworks, foundations, buildings, cable trenches, RCC structures, and finishing works. Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate with structural consultants, clients, project teams, and contractors for smooth execution. Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of civil activities as per project schedule. Resolve site-level issues and escalate to higher management if necessary. Maintain project documentation and submit progress reports to management/client.

Other Requirements:

Good communication, leadership, and construction management skills are essential.
