Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

MEP Project Manager

who can take charge of

HVAC, Electrical, PHE and ELV systems

across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical foundation, be highly organized in documentation, and capable of independently handling

multiple projects across various locations

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end execution of MEP works, especially

HVAC

,

Electrical, PHE and ELV systems

Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, consultants, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Oversee

project planning, resource allocation, execution, and handover

across multiple locations. Ensure

strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance

standards. Maintain comprehensive

project documentation

, including work progress reports, BOQs, method statements, inspection records, and as-built drawings. Monitor budget vs. actual cost and report any variance. Resolve on-site technical and coordination issues effectively and on time. Conduct regular site visits and ensure real-time project reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field. Minimum

10 years

of experience in

MEP project execution

, with strong exposure to

HVAC

,

Electrical, PHE and ELV systems

. Proven ability to

manage multiple projects simultaneously

. Excellent

project documentation, reporting, and communication skills

. Familiar with industry codes, safety protocols, and quality standards. Leadership capability and ability to handle site teams across locations.

Preferred Attributes:

Hands-on experience in

commercial, industrial, or high-rise building projects

. Proficiency in

MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools

. PMP or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory). Willingness to travel to different project sites.
