Job Description

- MEP Project Manager:

Develop and monitor MEP schedules, budgets, and work plans

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and consultants

Manage MEP scope from design review through construction, commissioning, and handover.

Ensure integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural elements

Supervise MEP contractors and subcontractors on site

Monitor installation quality, progress, and safety compliance

Conduct inspections and support testing & commissioning activities

Support procurement of MEP materials and equipment

Support project handover to client and facilities management teams

Address defects and ensure timely project close-out.

Manage value engineering and technical submittals

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to MEP works

Qualifications:

B.E / Diploma in Electrical &Electronics Engineering.

Minimum 10 Years of Experience in related field.

Electrical Design and Drafting.

MEP Coordination.

Knowledge of international and local MEP codes and standards

Budgeting, scheduling, and risk management expertise

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems

Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
