Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager

(MEP & MS Infrastructure) to oversee end-to-end project execution across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and MS Infrastructure works

. The ideal candidate will manage planning, coordination, site execution, vendor management, client handling, and ensure project delivery within timelines, quality, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies for MEP & MS infrastructure projects.

Lead project kickoff, milestone planning, and risk assessment.

Manage end-to-end execution of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and MS structure installation works.

. Site Coordination & Supervision

Oversee day-to-day site activities ensuring adherence to drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers for smooth project progress.

Monitor installation of MS structures, cable trays, ducts, piping, and utility systems.

Technical & Quality Assurance

Review MEP & MS structural drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals.

Ensure quality control through regular inspections and testing procedures.

Identify and resolve technical issues to avoid project delays.

Vendor/Subcontractor Management

Manage subcontractors for MEP and structural works, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to quality.

Evaluate vendor performance, verify bills, and handle contractor negotiations.

Cost, Budget & Documentation

Prepare project budgets, track expenses, and control costs effectively.

Maintain project reports, documentation, DPRs, WIRs, and compliance documentation.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Conduct regular project review meetings and present progress reports.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to safety norms, quality guidelines, and statutory regulations.

Implement safety protocols across all MEP and MS structure activities.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting systems

Expertise in MS infrastructure, steel structure work, cable trays, supports, fabrication, and erection

Excellent project management abilities (planning, scheduling, controlling)

Leadership & team management skills

Good understanding of AutoCAD, MS Project, and project documentation

Ability to handle high-pressure environments and multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred)

PMP/Project Management certification (added advantage)

8-15 years of experience in MEP + MS Infrastructure projects in construction, industrial, commercial, or large-scale building projects.
