-Looking for candidates who are having major work Exp\xe2\x80\x99 in Highrise Buildings -Should be have Experience 10 to 15years. - Should have executed MEP works for any Highrise and Residential projects from starting to completion. Knowledge of Services work in Commercial projects - Develop checklists for each activity, accordingly, execute the job and establish records - To be able to understand and correlate the MEP GFC drawings with the BOQ. Maintain the Drawings and BOQ at the site level for reference all the time - Knowledge of the Project at the macro and micro level and maintaining the timelines - Knowledge of at least any three of related MEP services such as PHE, FF, HVAC, Electrical, FAPA, Security and Surveillance, Networking etc and the sequence of works - Continually reviewing the contractor\'s construction schedule during the progress of site works with regard to MEP services and report to the Project Manager on the same - Generate Daily and Weekly Progress reports - Proficient in MS Office in terms of preparing RA bill abstracts, Payment certificates etc. - Know-how on quantity measurements as per relevant IS - Analyze problems in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and allied Services and formulate solutions. - Review MEP contractor\'s shop drawings in conjunction with the Structural and Architectural as built to ensure engineering co-ordination and bring up site issues to the Project Managers notice. - Possess the best Interpersonal relation with all the team members, ethical values, integrity and commitment to continual improvement - Ensure EHS compliance by all the MEP contractors and maintain records Qualification: - Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), Post Graduate Degree in Construction Management desirable.
