Your Mission
As a Project Manager in the Medical Affairs portfolio, the candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of web assets. Will also be working closely with cross- functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
The candidate will be overseeing medium to large programmes of work, ensuring alignment with the project vision, and maintaining a proactive approach to project management.
What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the delivery of web assets within the Medical Affairs portfolio.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including platform and engineering, within different Business Units.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with the guidelines and requirements for the platform ecosystem
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Foster a sense of responsibility and accountability within the project team.
• In-depth knowledge of web development processes and technical requirements.
• Understand and address the technical needs around web development to ensure the successful delivery of websites.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of web development processes and technical requirements.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong sense of project documentation and needed materials to communicate relevant updates to leadership stakeholders on a regular basis
• Good to have familiarity with project management software such as Confluence and JIRA
• Good to have knowledge on the web development ecosystem and technologies
• Ability to work based on EST time zone as needed
• Good to have understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
