Job Title: Project Manager - Mechanical

Job Summary:

We is looking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager -

Mechanical with strong leadership qualities and the ability to make quick technical

decisions. The candidate will be responsible for leading mechanical project teams, ensuring

smooth coordination between design and site execution, and delivering projects within

aggressive timelines (6-12 months) while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

?Project & Team Leadership

oLead, mentor, and motivate project and design teams to achieve project goals.

oAllocate resources effectively and monitor team performance.

oEnsure timely release of drawings, designs, and technical documents in line

with project schedules.

?Design & Technical Management

oReview and check mechanical designs for constructability and ease of

installation.

oCoordinate design reviews to ensure alignment with project requirements.

oProvide technical direction to the design team and ensure compliance with

standards.

?Site & Execution Support

oAnticipate and resolve challenges that site engineers may face during

installation and implementation of designs.

oEnsure constructible, practical, and cost-effective design solutions.

oProvide on-site technical support and ensure smooth coordination between

design and execution teams.

?Decision Making & Problem Solving

oMake quick, effective technical decisions to keep projects on track.

oIdentify potential risks and implement corrective actions proactively.

oCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design/execution conflicts.

?Timeline & Delivery Focus

oDrive projects to completion within short project tenures (6 months to 1

year).

oPrioritize speed and efficiency without compromising quality.

oMaintain strict adherence to project schedules and client deadlines.

?Stakeholder Management

oLiaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure

alignment on project deliverables.

oPresent project progress, technical solutions, and design justifications to

management and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

?Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

?10+ years of experience in mechanical project management, with at least 3-5 years in

a senior leadership role.

?Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, project execution, and

installation challenges.

?Proven track record in delivering projects within tight schedules.

?Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.

?Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, etc.) and project

management tools.

?Strong communication, client-handling, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?875,000.00 - ?940,000.00 per year
