We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager - MEP

to lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works from planning through project completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, safety standards, and coordination with all stakeholders to deliver projects within approved timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage MEP construction activities from project initiation to completion Prepare detailed project schedules, manpower planning, and cost estimates Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and coordination meetings Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards Track project progress and prepare regular status and MIS reports for management and stakeholders Identify, analyze, and resolve technical, design, and site-related issues promptly Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other departments for smooth project execution Ensure project completion within approved timelines and budgets
