About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager - Marketing with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) offline marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing integrated offline marketing projects on-ground, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute ATL/BTL marketing campaigns including print, outdoor, events, activations, exhibitions, and sponsorships. Coordinate with internal teams, creative agencies, vendors, and partners for campaign rollout. Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution. Conduct site visits and oversee event/activation setups to ensure quality and brand standards. Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations. Ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines and local regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and local partners to support offline marketing activities. Collaborate with the digital and brand teams for integrated marketing approaches.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in offline marketing with strong exposure to ATL/BTL campaigns. Proven track record in managing marketing projects end-to-end, especially on-site executions. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel locally for site visits and campaign oversight.

Nice to Have:

Experience in managing teams or external agencies. Exposure to marketing within FMCG, Real Estate, Retail, or similar industries.
